Health & Wellness: Vegan Chocolate Bites
Raw Cacao is so good for you…and delicious married with fresh Cacao butter and raw Honey! If you want to go Vegan, use Agave Nectar instead. Here are some of the benefits of Cacao.

These decadent and utterly satisfying raw chocolate bites will hit the sweet spot without that guilty feeling. Make them with your kids!
Ingredients (Makes 12 -16 chocolates)
Raw Organic Cacao – 60 g
Cacao butter – 30g
Virgin Coconut Oil – 40 g
Himalayan Pink Salt – pinch
Blue Agave Nectar – 3 tbsp
Cayenne Pepper – pinch or two (optional)
Silicon molds to set the chocolates
Method:
Gently melt the Cacao butter and the Coconut Oil in a double boiler. Add the Cacao powder…mix in.
Add all the other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into the chocolate molds and place in the fridge for 15 minutes or until set.
Once set demold the bites and store in a cool place. Devour!
